Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Orly Skin products. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Unopened products — eligible for a full refund.
- Opened products — must be at least 50% full to qualify for a refund.
- Items that show signs of contamination or misuse cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at thebotoxsho@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
Shipping & processing
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
